  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received (e.g., no damage to coil stock, custom pieces, or bending handles).
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made custom brickmold or special-order products.
  • Opened coil & sheet materials or damaged coils.
  • Items marked as final sale.

2. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team.
  3. Package the item securely with all original components (e.g., lifting handle assembly, replacement stainless edge).

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges
